The T1 Settler Man Agreement is used to hire a NPC to run one of several "settlements". These Settlements are crafted in the Basic Workshop, Basic Workshop V2, Advanced Workshop.

| Corpse Harbor | It's on the bulletin board as you enter the town

| Kitsune's Den | From the balloon, take the path on the right. When you get to the stone path, turn left and go to the extreme southwest of the site, the paper is on a monument in front of the last square of houses.

| Highrose | On the Windmill wall. The Windmill is close to the coast and is the only one in the biome
|
| Greenhills | It's on the outside wall of the big farmhouse with the stone tower. The farm is surrounded by a low stone wall. Enemies are inside the compound!
|
| Red Mountains | It's on a bed in one of the cabins. It's a cabin on a hill, not in the valley. It's across the valley from the white house near the balloon.
|
| Amber Hills | It's on a table in a cabin. Turn left from the balloon and go past the windmill. The cabin is on a hillside, it has a well and a shed.
|
| Akhali Desert | It's laying flat on a bookcase shelf--is a bit hard to see. From the balloon go past the "mushroom rock", keeping to the left of the rock. Go past the village with the telephone pole. Look for the village with the blue truck, that's where you'll find it.

| Greenhills | It's posted on the outside of one of the red containers by the balloon

| Corpse Harbor | It's posted on the outside of a faded blue farmhouse, there are two houses next to each other. From the balloon, follow the water's edge past the town and the penned animals, over several hills (watch out for enemies). The farmhouses are pretty far from town, but not too far from the water.

| Amber Hills | It's posted on the outside wall of a stone ruin. This ruin is nearly on the opposite side of the island from the balloon. You can turn left and follow the coastline (fewer enemies)or go over the top of the island. The ruin is on the hillside, overlooking the water.

| Snowridge Heights | It's laying on a table in a cabin. From the balloon head south over that big mountain, and the cabin is on the other side. It's hard to find because there are so many other cabins.

| Kitsune's Den | From the balloon take the path on the right. When you get to the stone path, turn right, climb the stairs then those right after. The first house on your right has a T1 settler man agreement on a pillar on the outside.

| Cultsberg | It's laying on top of a bed, which is located under the balloon. From the balloon, face the town then go left and follow the road down to the pile of cars and then curve around to the right and follow along the wall of the freeway until you come to a fire and a bed under the freeway.

| Highrose | Located on the door of one of the cabins. Which cabin you may ask? Explore :)

| Burning Sands | It's attached to a door inside one of the houses next to the balloon at Burning Sands. The house is yellowish.
